Shipping Policy

At LUX TO YOU, we want your experience to be seamless from browse to delivery. All orders are charged a single shipping fee at checkout, regardless of the number of items or fulfillment locations. Some orders may ship in separate packages from different locations, but you will never be charged more than once for shipping. If you have any questions about your order's shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Processing Time

All orders require 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation.

• USA:  2-5 business days

Our Totes are through Ink Blot. They shipping time frame:

• USA:  2-5 business days

Our Journals are through District Photo. They shipping time frame:

• USA:  2-5 business days

Our Stickers are through Printify Choice. They shipping time frame:

• USA:  2-5 business days

In addition, please allow 2-3 business days for production as each item is made to order. 

Note:  During holidays, our production times are 2-5 business days on average.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
